Planning for the end-of-life is empowering. There are many ways I coach through end-of-life. Whether it be Advanced Directives, Ritual & Vigil planning, we will find the perfect way to walk you home.
Grief Coaching
Grief is not a problem to be solved; it’s a journey to be navigated, a life to be lived. As a Grief Coach I provide a space for you to process your loss, give your feelings names, and provide tools to help you cope and continue.
Reiki & Energy Healing
More and more studies are showing that Reiki is beneficial in helping reduce anxiety, pain, and even grief. Combined with End-of-Life and Grief Coaching, Reiki is a great addition to our coaching plans.
